The Palmer's of Washington County and now St Mary's County Maryland

 

In April of 2020 we started shopping for a summer/weekend place on Maryland’s Southern Shores. We found a handful of properties to look at, was contacted by Treasea Johnson with O’Brien Realty. Days before we had driven down to Southern Maryland Treasea had given us a printout of our itinerary and overview of each home in full detail. We had no questions at that point.  We showed up at the first property minutes before Treasea had. Mind you this was at the beginning of the pandemic. We have our mask on and gloves in hand as instructed. Treasea was very pleasant and professional. She unlocked the property door but wasn’t able to enter with us.  Property was in pretty bad shape, was hard to stay in the home for more than a few minutes. By the end of the first day viewing and shopping for a home we had gotten very comfortable with Treasea as she with us.  She knew our likes and dislikes, all our needs, what type of home(s) we were interested in. She had given us much insight on County Laws and rules. She educated herself very well about Maryland and the counties she is licensed in, (she being from Texas). We had made quite a few trips shopping for a home in 6 months.  With each trip and home she taught us more and more.  We never had a time that she didn’t answer her phone and always answered all our questions. She was by our sides every step of the way from the first day up until the closing of the home. She still checks in with us and one day when the remodel of the home is finished we have plans to have her and her family over. We had made a friend. We highly recommend Treasea Johnson.

Theresa immediately put us at ease on our very first meeting. She is thorough and very professional. We really appreciated how she was on top of things and how she kept us informed every step of the way. Theresa was very patient, as we looked at many houses before finally buying one in an ideal location, near schools, family, friends. Our new neighborhood offers everything we need as an active family. Highly recommend Theresa!!
