Health, Wellness and Yoga
A little bit about me: My name is Treasea Johnson, and I am a 200 RYT graduate in July 2019.
I began to practice yoga more consistently and fell in love, but this has been a lifetime in the making, since she has always been interested in natural healing and alternatives to modern medicine. I am very passionate about sharing the wonderful healing powers of yoga through practice and meditation, I feel that you are your own best advocate for your health. That being said, yoga is the ultimate tool to promote a healthy balance in spirit, mind, strength, and stamina. No one knows your body better than you, so finding what works for you is the main goal. We are all at different levels and stages in our lives, so there is no right or wrong approach to yoga, it is merely a practice, and everyone is unique and as such, so should your practice be.
Yoga is one more tool to empower individuals to become more familiar with their own bodies and for them to subscribe to a lifestyle of healthy eating and exercise, rather than subscribing to the ebbs and flows of chronic dieting, food trends, or prescribed medications. Teaching yoga is another way to help others gain strength and knowledge to enjoy life to its fullest. I am committed to sharing the yoga with as many individuals as possible as there are so many reasons and benefits.
